One payment plan

$216.00 payable on the first visit. No charge for subsequent healthy puppy visits for boosters.

Two payment plan

$118.00 per visit, payable on the first 2 visits. No charge for subsequent healthy puppy visits for boosters.

Three payment plan

$82.00 per visits, payable on the first 3 visits. No charge for subsequent healthy puppy visits for boosters.

All Puppy Packages Include:

• Full examination by the veterinarian.
• All the vaccinations determined to be necessary based on the examination, breed and lifestyle considerations. (H3N8/H3N2 canine flu and Lyme Disease vaccinations are not included).
• One fecal examination for intestinal parasites. (usually on first visit)
• Deworming with Pyrantel Pamoate. (tapeworm medication or treatment for coccidiosis incurs additional charges)
• Nail clipping as needed.
• Ear cleaning as needed. (extra charge for ear mite medicine if needed)

*If package is discontinued, then the owner will be responsible for paying services and products delivered on a per item basis. This will likely result in additional charges, as many costs of packages are delivered on the first and second visits.
